Thomas “T.” Simmons, III is an independent insurance agent who truly understands the area he serves. Born and raised in Winchester and Franklin County TN, Thomas attended local grade schools and graduated from Franklin County High School. He obtained his college degree from Lipscomb University in 1987, then returned to Franklin County to begin working in the insurance agency that same year. He has been providing excellent insurance solutions to residents of Winchester and the surrounding area ever since.

Thomas is very active in a variety of community organizations. He has coached Little League teams, girls’ softball, youth soccer, and junior pro basketball. He is involved in PTO’s and various booster clubs with North Middle School, FCHS Basketball and FCHS Soccer. Thomas serves as a board member of the Little League, the Franklin County Library Foundation, and the Franklin County Library Board of Trustees. He is also a past President and current member of the Winchester Rotary Club.
